What’s better than a stack of giant pancakes the size of your head to start off the morning? At The Griddle Cafe, they offer a ton of pancake varieties that will surely leave you in a food coma.
The menu will have you drooling over the different types of pancake creations. For example, “The Golden Ticket” pancakes have brown sugar baked bananas inside a buttermilk batter filled with caramel, walnuts and streusel, topped with whipped cream, caramel and streusel. The “Peanut Bubba” french toast is dipped in peanut butter crunch, then topped with powdered sugar and whipped cream. (Your mouth is watering already right?)
The pancake creation I chose was the “Sow Your Oats”, which was honey, cinnamon and rolled oats in a whole wheat/brown sugar batter. It was perfection! So if you’re in the Hollywood area and in need of some darn good breakfast, be sure to hit up The Griddle Cafe!
