“Springtime for Sangria”- Celebrate Cinco de Mayo with Sangria
It’s Cinco de Mayo!  That means it’s time to kick back and enjoy some good grub and drinks.  I wouldn’t consider myself the most skilled mixologist, but since it’s Cinco de Mayo I decided to recreate a sangria recipe from SELF magazine.  This sangria has 200 fewer calories than a Margarita but doesn’t lose out on any of those delish flavors.
What You Need:
1 1/2 Cups Red or White Wine
3/4 Cup Orange Juice (no pulp)
1/3 Cup Triple Sec
1/3 Cup Apricot Brandy
1/3 Cup Sprite
1 Apple Cored and Diced
1 Cup Red/Green Grapes
1/2 Small Cucumber (Peeled, seeded and diced)
4-5 Ice Cubes

*Serves 4
