“Dough!”- Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Balls Dipped In Peanut Butter, Chocolate and Reese’s Pieces
Your mouth watering yet?  I made these cookie dough balls for my sister’s 27th birthday party out in Los Angeles.  They were a HUGE hit!  What’s not to love? It’s got cookie dough, peanut butter, chocolate and Reese’s Pieces!!  I guess this dessert would qualify for “This Is Why You’re Fat.”  Enjoy!
What You Need:
Cookie Dough (Any kind will do)
Chocolate Chips
Peanut Butter
Reese’s Pieces
Toothpicks
Wax Paper
1. Roll cookie dough into 1”-2” balls.  Stick toothpicks into each ball.  Then place balls onto a wax paper lined tray or plate.  Place in freezer for about 20-30 minutes.
2. Then melt peanut butter in a microwave safe dish until melted.  Remove cookie dough balls from freezer and dip into the melted peanut butter.  The balls should coat about 1/2-3/4 of the cookie dough ball.  Then place the tray back in the freezer for about 20 minutes.
3. Next, melt chocolate chips in a microwave safe dish until fully melted.  Remove dough balls from freezer and dip into the melted chocolate then into the Reese’s Pieces.  Place the tray back in the freezer or fridge until read to serve.

*You can sub out the peanut butter and reese’s if you have peanut allergies.  Also, instead of Reese’s, I’ve also rolled the cookie dough balls in mashed up Oreos.
Enjoy!
