“Spice Up Your…Breakfast” Egg White Omelette with a Mexican Flair
I am a cerealholic and I’ve been really trying to cut down on the amount of cereal I eat in the morning.  So lately, I’ve been making this omelette and it’s awesome!  This is one of my favorite low-fat/high protein breakfasts!
What You Need:
3 Egg Whites
1/4 Cup Morningstar crumbles
1/4 Cup Salsa
1/8 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1. Lightly spray an omelette pan with PAM.  Heat on low-medium heat.  Once the pan is heated, add the crumbles to the pan.  Sautee in the pan for about 2 minutes.  Remove crumbles from the pan and add the salsa.  Mix together then set aside.
2. Wipe down the pan and grease pan.  Add the three egg whites.  Cook eggs to desired completeness.  Add the crumbles and cheese to one side of the omelette.  Fold over then serve.
