Delish Dinner and a Movie- Julie & Julia
In honor of the release of Julie & Julia tonight, I thought I’d share a great recipe from Amy Adams!  In order to get into the cooking mood before seeing the movie, why not whip up some great guacamole!  This recipe would go great with my “Mini Sombreros” recipe.  Try it out!  Channel your inner Julia Child!
Ingredients
3 avocados
1/2 fresh jalapeño, seeds removed, finely chopped
1 tomatillo, husked, chopped (optional; found in supermarket produce aisle)

Handful of chopped cilantro
Juice of 1 lime
Pinch of red pepper flakes
Salt and pepper to taste
