On My Delish List- Tupelos World Cafe Boone, North Carolina
Howdy all you Delish Your Dish fans!  I just got back from a wonderful little trip to Boone, North Carolina.  I went to a lovely wedding up in the mountains of North Carolina and stayed at the beautiful Chetola Resort in Blowing Rock.
We had some down time during the day and went exploring through downtown Boone.  We worked up quite an appetite while visiting the adorable shops including a favorite of mine, Mast General Store.
We stumbled upon Tupelos World Cafe while searching for a place to grab a bite and with one glance at the menu, I was eager to sit down and try it out.
The menu was incredibly diverse and had a dish for just about any craving you could possibly have.  Whether you’re craving Japanese, Caribbean, Indian, Italian or Cuban cuisine, Tupelos has a dish for you.
I spent a great deal of time drooling over every item on the menu until I came across the Sweet Potato Enchilada.  Just reading the description of the dish made my mouth water.  An enchilada filled with sweet potato, spinach, red pepper and cheese topped with apple, pumpkin seeds, enchilada sauce and served with a side of fresh mango salsa.  Is your mouth watering yet?
In addition to their delish menu, the service and friendliness of the staff was superb!  My experience at Tupelos was perfection and I only wish I lived in Boone so I could dine there more often.
