“Where My Vegans At…From Front to Back?” Vegan Chocolate Blackout Cake
A few months ago I attended the Fancy Food Show in New York. Aside from eating non-stop for 2 days straight and suffering from a severe food coma I came across an incredible amount of new and upcoming products. One booth that I spent a good 10 minutes at just eating handfuls of their delish treats was Kopali Organics.
Kopali Organics has a line of snacks that range from dried fruits, to trailmixes to all sorts of chocolate covered goodies. One snack that I had never tasted before was the Dark Chocolate Covered Goji Berries. These Goji Berries have become a favorite of mine and goes perfectly with the Vegan Blackout Cake.
