Instead of wasting your day on facebook or twitter, I found a new and more productive way to spend your time – YouBars.com. You Bars is a company that not only provides you with handmade nutrition bars, but also custom made shakes and trail mixes. This site allows you to choose the base, protein powder, nuts/seeds, fruits/berries, sweeteners, chocolate, grains/cereals, and infusions. As you build your bar, shake, or mix, you can monitor the nutrition facts right on that same screen to change anything to fit your needs.
This is great for picky eaters, or people who are following diets, whether it be gluten free, organic, low carb, or high protein, you can customize the product to fit your dietary needs. Even if you aren’t a huge fan of bars or shakes, I challenge you to play around on this site and find something you don’t like. Not only is there something for everyone, it’s fun too!
