At last! The moment we’ve all been waiting for! The Grilled Cheese Truck is officially hitting the streets of Los Angeles today! I know we’ve all been dreaming about this cheesy, delicious goodness since we heard the news that a Grilled Cheese Truck was coming to town.

I’ve been drooling over the menu and wondering if it’s terrible to order 4 different melts? I’ll take a Plain and Simple with sharp cheddar, a Caprese (Fresh Mozzerella, heirloom tomatoes, fresh basil and balsamic syrup), a Harvest melt (Roasted Butternut Squash with sauteed leeks, balsamic and agave syups) and a dessert melt (Roasted banana puree, Nutella and marshmallow).
