Delish Your Dish Birthday Celebration! Just a little heads up to everyone, my birthday is tomorrow!  Birthday’s are a huge deal in my family and we all celebrate for pretty much an entire week.  Since I’m turning the big 2-5, I thought I’d start the birthday weekend off right by venturing over to my favorite ice cream place, Jaxson’s Ice Cream. I celebrated my 18th birthday at Jaxson’s as well, so why not keep up with the birthday milestone tradition and indulge the biggest ice cream sundaes around. For those of you not familiar with Jaxsons, they are not only known for having the most gigantic sundaes, but they are also known for the “Kitchen Sink.”  The kitchen sink, from what I remember, is 9 scoops of your choice of ice cream and all the toppings.  They serve the sundae in a kitchen sink, garnish with sparklers and set-off a siren.
