Happy March Madness! In order to celebrate March Madness, I thought I’d give a little shout out to my Gator Boys!  What’s a better way to celebrate the joys of college basketball than with a Gator pancake? What You Need: Pancake Mix Pastry Bag Artistic Hand 1. Make your pancake mix according to the package.  Then, fill a pastry bag with the pancake batter. 2. Heat a greased skillet and draw your best design!
