“Quick Chik”- Chicken Parm
This quick meal is so easy, my sister could do it.  It makes a great lunch for work, or even as dinner.
What you need:
Morningstar Farms Chik Patties (Any flavor, I prefer Original or Parmesean Ranch)
Tomato Sauce (I prefer Bertolli or Newman’s Own)
Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
1. Microwave Chik Pattie for 1 minute or until thawed.  Toast in toaster or toaster oven until crispy on the outside.
2. In microwave safe dish, heat up tomato sauce of choice for about 2 minutes (be sure to place a paper towel on top of the dish so you don’t dirty your microwave).
3. Place Chik pattie on tin foil and place on toaster oven tray.  Pour as much tomato sauce as you prefer on top of the chik pattie.  Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top of pattie.
4. Place in toaster oven on broil until the cheese bubbles and toasts. Enjoy!
*It is great served with either a green vegetable or a side of whole wheat pasta.
