Delish Detector!!! My sister and mom brought these home from Whole Foods a few weekends ago and my first reaction was eww gluten free!  But then I tried these Baffles and I ended up eating the entire bag in 2 days.  The flavor I loved was the one that has dried cranberries and pumpkin seeds.
