“The Quizza”- Quick Delish Pizza with Fresh Mozzarella, Tomato and Arugala
Serves 2-3 People.
Last night my parents and I wanted a quick and easy dinner. Usually I make my own pizza crust, but last night I was lazy and used Bobli. But, it was still delish!
What you need:
Bobli Pizza Crust (I prefer whole wheat)
Tomatoes (I like to use Plum tomatoes)
Fresh Mozzarella
Fresh Basil
Fresh Arugala
Balsamic Vinegar
Garlic Salt
Set Oven to 400 degrees.
1. Using a brush, lightly glaze the top of the pizza crust with balsamic vinegar. Place pizza crust in oven for 5 minutes.
2. Remove crust from oven. Cut the basil with a scissor and place around the crust. Cut fresh mozzarella and tomatoes and place all over the pizza crust. Shake a few dashes of garlic salt on top of the pizza. Bake in oven for about 15 minutes or until the Mozzarella begins to bubble and brown.
3. Wash and dry fresh arugala. Tear the leaves into small pieces.
4. Remove pizza from oven and cut into slices. Top the pizza with the fresh arugala.
*I served the pizza with a salad and side of roasted eggplant and tempeh. (This is the best tempeh—I plan on ordering 20lbs of it in the next week!)
