I just bought this new garlic press/slicer.  Really cuts time in the kitchen when you want that perfect cut garlic (also helps avoid your hands smelling like garlic for days).  It works great and is only $20 at Sur La Table. *This is the slicer I used to make the “Un-Twilight Friendly Pasta”.
