South Beach Food and Wine Festival
The South Beach Food and Wine Festival is a mecca for food and wine enthusiasts like myself. Famous chefs, TV personalities, and wine/spirit producers known for their sophisticated palettes, culinary skills and knowledge of food and wine come from around the globe to attend this extraordinary event.
This four day event (Feb. 19-22) is packed with several events catering to those that have a passion and love for some of the best food, wine and spirits in the world.
The festival includes events such as:
¡Viva España! The Wines and Food of Spain, a special tribute to the culinary prowess of Spain, featuring a distinguished guest to be announced.
Wine Spectator’s Best of the Best sponsored by Bank of America at the recently-reborn Fontainebleau Miami Beach.
Perrier-Jouët Bubble Q hosted by Tom Colicchio & Friends, the Festival’s perfect pairing of champagne and barbeque.
Harrah’s Casino Night hosted by Paula Deen.
The Whole Foods Market Grand Tasting Village featuring the American Express Grand Tasting tents and a who’s who roster of superstar chefs.
Wolfsonian-FIU Mouton Rothschild Dinner prepared by world-renowned chef Daniel Boulud and featuring special wines from Château Mouton Rothschild.
