“Fage must be greek, Fage-ela”
So as most of you know, I’m on a new health/workout kick now that I’m doing Crossfit.  With this new workout routine, my coach has told me to up my protein intake.  So while I was searching through my fridge for something to snack on, I found a Fage yogurt that my friends and family have been raving about.  So today’s delish dish is easy and simple and I’m sure most of you have had this, but I’m now a definite Fage fan!
What you need:
Fage (or any brand Greek Yogurt)
Sliced strawberries
Sliced banaans
Almonds
Agave Syrup
1. Slice up the fruit of your choice, layer the fruit between the yogurt.
2. Sprinkle with raw almonds and top it off with agave syrup
*1 small container of Fage contains 15 grams of protein!!
