“Ohhhh…Fudddggggeee…Only I didn’t Say Fudge”- Double Cookie Super Fudge
It’s almost Valentines Day, which means it’s time for an overload of chocolate!!! Instead of settling for a silly box of chocolates, why not make your Valentine some homemade fudge? Trust me, this recipe is bound to get you in good with your loved one!
What you need:
1 bag of semi-sweet chocolate chips (or any type of chocolate you like)
14 oz can of sweetened condensed milk
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 package of cookie dough
1 handfull of crumbled Girl Scout Thin Mints (or any cookie of your choice)
Set Oven to 350 degrees
1. In a 8x8 ungreased pan, press 1/2-3/4 of the cookie dough into the bottom of the pan.  Then place pan into the pre-heated oven until the cookie has completely cooked according to the package directions.

2. Meanwhile, in a small pot, combine 3/4 (or the whole bag like I do) of the chocolate chips, condensed milk and vanilla.  On low heat, melt the mixture together.  Once completely melted add crushed up girl scout cookies.

3. Remove cookie from oven and spread melted chocolate mixture all over the cookie.  Then, sprinkle the rest of the cookie dough on top of the mixture.

4. Put the pan back in the oven and cook it until the cookie dough on top has browned.

*This is a dessert for a definite chocoholic!
**Have a great Valentines Day!!!!!!
***I must give some credit to my friend Pup Face Weinerman for showing me the original version of this recipe!
