“There’s No Wrong Way to Eat…A Delish Peanut Butter Cup”- Peanut Butter Cups
Chocolate and peanut butter is one of those duos that I believe is a favorite to everyone. You really can’t go wrong when it comes to putting chocolate and peanut butter together. It’s pretty much like a party in your mouth. So I found a chocolate peanut butter cup recipe that totally rocks! I know I’m usually one to use original recipes, but why change something that is already good?
What you need:
1 bag semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 cup Peanut Butter (I used the whipped peanut butter)
1/2 cup confectioners sugar.
12 Cupcake wrappers
1. Place cupcake wrappers in muffin tins (I used medium sized muffin tins). Set Aside.
2. In a microwave safe dish, melt 1/2 bag of chocolate chips. Once the chocolate melted, scoop small spoonfulls of the chocolate into the bottom of the muffin cups. Gently bring some of the chocolate up the sides of the muffin cups. Once all cups are filled, place in freezer for about 5 minutes.

3. While the cups are in the freezer, melt 1 cup of peanut butter in the microwave. Then add 1/2 cup of confectioners sugar to the melted peanut butter. Stir until all the ingredients are incorporated.
4. Remove chocolate cups from freezer. Add small spoonfulls of peanut butter to the chocolate cups. Gently shake or tap the tray so that the peanut butter evens out. Then place the tray back into the freezer for about 5-10 minutes.

5. Meanwhile, melt the remaining chocolate chips in the microwave. Then remove the tray from the freezer and top the peanut butter layer with chocolate. Tap the tray and even out the chocolate. Place back in the freezer/fridge to set.
