“Ever Since I Can Remember I’ve Been Poppin’ My…Popovers”- Cinnamon Raisin Popovers
What could be better than a fresh out of the oven, crisp, sweet and buttery popover first thing in the morning? These light and airy popovers are the perfect way to start off any morning. Got guests over for brunch and need to impress them? These popovers will surely have your guests begging for more!
What You Need:
1 Cup Room Temperature Milk (I just put it in the microwave for 30 seconds)
1 Cup Flour
1/4 Tsp Salt
2 Tbsp Sugar
2 Eggs
2 Tsp Cinnamon
Butter
Raisins (to taste)
Set Oven to 375
1. In a bowl or extra-large measuring cup, combine room temperature milk, flour, sugar, cinnamon, eggs and salt. Mix until well combined.
2. Then grease muffin tins with PAM. In the bottom of each muffin tin, place small half pat of butter. Then place tray in oven just until the butter melts. Then remove tray from oven.

3. Then pour batter into each muffin tin. Add a few raisins to each muffin tin. Then place tray in the oven for 50 minutes. DO NOT OPEN OVEN WHILE BAKING.

4. Remove from oven and serve. The popovers are excellent with a little bit of honey drizzled on top or even with fresh jam.

*I originally saw a recipe like this in Florida Table Magazine. But added a little Delish Your Dish twist to the recipe :)
