“Stacked Tostadas”- Low-Fat Vegetarian Tostada Stacks
I can’t remember if I’ve made something like this before, but even if I did, this dish was so good it deserves to be shown again!  This recipe is quick, easy and surely helps you get your mexican fix!
What You Need:
Corn Tortillas
1 Onion (chopped)
Refried Beans
Black Beans
Taco Bell Salsa
Mexi Cheese
Chopped Tomatoes
Guacamole
Sour Cream
Morningstar Farms Crumbles
Set oven to 350 degrees
1. Place corn tortillas in oven to crisp.  Keep an eye on them so they don’t burn.  Should take about 10 minutes.  Then remove tortillas from oven and set aside.
2. Meanwhile, in a greased sautee pan, cook the chopped onion until the onions are fully cooked through.  Remove from pan and set aside.
3. Using the same pan, grease the pan and pour Morningstar Farms crumbles into the pan and heat.  Cook the crumbles with a little of the Taco Bell salsa to add flavor to the crumbles.
4. Pour the refried beans into a bowl and thin out with a little water and Taco Bell salsa.
5. Begin to build tostada stacks.  Spread refried beans on crisped tortilla, then add onions, cheese and crumbles.  Then top with another crisped tortilla.  Add black beans, onions, crumbles. cheese and chopped tomatoes.  Place stack on cookie sheet.
6. Place back in oven to heat and melt the cheese.  Should take about 10-15 minutes.

Serve with fresh guacamole, sour cream and a small salad!  Enjoy!
