Delish Detector!- Mercer’s Wine Ice Cream Mercer’s Dairy has taken the idea of a dessert wine and brought to the next level by creating a wine dessert.  Their wine ice cream combines the sophisticated taste of wine with an all-time favorite dessert.  The ice cream is rich, creamy and pairs perfectly with the flavor of wine. Mercer has created six flavors including: Ala Port, Peach White Zinfandel, Red Raspberry Chardonnay, Royal White Riesling, Cherry Merlot and Chocolate Cabernet.  Each of these are fantastically unique in flavor and will surely please even the most sophisticated palate.
